mechanism, gutters and downspouts, eaves, soffits and fascias
Roof system and Attic: (need to be inspected simultaneously) $75.00
Ventilation, attic Insulation, vent and chimney protrusions through roof, sheathing, trusses,
skylights, and conditions of shingles
Crawl space only: $125.00
Insulation, vapor barrier, sill plate, floor joist, prior water infiltration, sump pump, chimney
foundation, column or piers, foundation cracks, shower pans, plumbing leaks, and ventilation
(price for minimum of 30” or more height inside crawlspace)
Radon Testing $100.00
Standard Test is taken at the lowest living area
Additional areas tested at $30.00 per area
